English: Here is a little test I did with oil painting. I first based my landscape on a photography and then went a little crazy.
Français: Voici un premier essai réalisé à la peinture à l’huile. Basé sur une référence photographique, je me suis ensuite amusé un peu en laissant mon imagination guider le reste du travail.

English: Here is a job i did in illustration class. We had to make a music single cd cover. This is an illustration made of packing tape on acrylic glass it took me a pretty long time since it was my first try, but it was fun.
Français: Voici un travail que j’ai réalisé pour mon cours d’illustration. Nous devions faire la pochette d’un single. Ce sont des illustrations réalisée au scotch sur du plexiglass, cet exercice m’a demandé pas mal de temps car c’était la première fois que j’essayais cette technique.

English: A friend at school (Nibe Mbumba) is asking each student to draw something in a sketchbook he bought, so i had to do something too… Here is what i did… The sketch was done with a hb pencil, then i went with a black ink pen, then a cool gray marker, a darker gray marker, a black brush marker, watercolor and a wide red paint marker. The character’s position was referenced from a study by Olly Lawson.
Français: Un camarade d’école, (Nibe Mbumba), demande à tous les étudiants de dessiner quelque chose dans un carnet qu’il a acheté, j’y suis donc aussi passé… Voici mon méfait… Esquisse au crayon, puis trait au stylo noir, ombres avec des feutres-pinceaux en niveaux de gris puis aquarelle pour le bleu et Posca pour le rouge. La position du personnage provient d’une étude réalisée par Olly Lawson.

Sorry for the lack of updates, here is a 3d Lego version of King Arthur from the Monty Python and the Holy Grail movie to thank you for waiting. I will soon scan some of the sketches i did in some bars with Jonfen and put them up.

After watching this video, i wanted to see if i was able to achieve this kind of visual style for the water. i then chose to model and animate a boat the same way it is in the video.
